Personal Training

I provide personal training services for women in SAF Performance located in Little Italy. I have hijab friendly personal training services available at limited times. Book a consultation with me to see what’s best for you.

I incorporate elements of circuit training, program-based strength training (exercises using weights/bands and isometric exercises), and HIIT workouts during my PT sessions.

Each client will receive a personalized workout plan depending on their fitness goals and likes/dislikes. A free 15-30 minute consultation is given to everybody to discuss their fitness goals, how I can help them reach it, scheduling and booking.

Basic beginner programming (program lasting 4-6 weeks) will be given, with links to videos on how to do the exercises given to them via TeamBuildr app.

It is recommended to do weekly training sessions to obtain desired results.

Specialties

Muay Thai / Kick-Boxing

One on one training to learn a new sport, solidify your techniques, and a cardio workout.I train out of an elite MMA gym and have trained in Thailand to master foundational, traditional muay thai. 

Foundational and traditional muay thai is a life-long journey for most practitioners.It takes serious dedication, focus and discipline to perfect just one technique. Professional athletes practice their jabs 1000 times a week on their own time, outside their gym training. To get better at muay thai, extra work outside of classes is crucial.

Strength & Conditioning

One on one training to fix your form, get personalized attention, and receive customized programs. I have over a decade in strength and conditioning and weightlifting. 

Without a personal trainer, starting a weightlifting regime can be difficult and if not done right, can lead to long-term damage to the body. 

Benefits to having a strength and conditioning PT:

1. Be stronger and gain muscle mass/tone

2. Achieve desired aesthetic (lose weight, specific areas to work on, etc)

3. Learn how to use different types of equipment

Injury Prevention & rehab

One on one training to fix your form, get personalized attention, and receive customized programs. I have over a decade in strength and conditioning and weightlifting. 

Motion is lotion. Too many times, doctors have told me that I will never be able to train muay thai again because of my injury. After listening to them and taking 3 months off training, I felt worse than I ever did in my life. A personal trainer can help guide you safely and slowly back to a normal life after an injury.
